CUK is a subsidiary of the newly formed joint venture, Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company Limited, whose indirect shareholders are Marston’s PLC and Carlsberg A/S.  Carlsberg A/S is the ultimate parent company of the Carlsberg group, whose principal commercial activities are the brewing and distribution of alcoholic beverages, in particular, beer and cider, in over 100 countries.  Marston’s PLC is a leading pub operator in Great Britain.

HUK is wholly and indirectly owned by Heineken N.V., whose principal commercial activities are the brewing and distribution of alcoholic beverages, in particular, beer and cider, on an international basis.

Innserve procures and manages technical services equipment for and provides technical services to and on behalf of the SDE Group.
