Graham’s appointment follows confirmation that Ralph Findlay will take the role of Chairman of C&C Group plc, starting March 2022. The Board of CMBC would like to thank Ralph for his tenure as Chairman since November 2021 and for the pivotal role he played in forming the joint venture.

In addition, we are delighted that Andrew Andrea, CFO of Marston’s PLC, will join the Board of CMBC. Andrew brings a wealth of finance and commercial experience having joined Marston’s PLC in 2002. Andrew succeeds Ralph Findlay as CEO of Marston’s PLC on 2 October 2021.

These changes to the CMBC Board will take place with immediate effect.
